Key questions, what time are you heading off to bed? When is your head hitting the pillow? And most importantly, what other supplements & medications are you taking? Waking at 2-3am sounds like “Liver time” according to the Chinese Body Clock. Often clients have a hard time cleansing their systems which wakes them up, but that’s just a theory onmy part.
With the limited info provided, I can’t really comment more. You’re taking an excellent product & there are several others that I could recommend, but it would require a much more extensive exchange of information.
