gigi451 asked: Hi, caught your talk on UGW. Someone called in and asked about magnesium and kidney diease. What are your thoughts? I have an uncle on dialysis and a neighbor with beginning problems. My neighbor is taking apple cider vineger in the morning and seems to be helping..His doctor keeps asking what medication he is taking. My uncle goes for dialysis twice a week. Thanks for any input.

Thank you for sharing this important information about Kidney Disease.
Folks with Chronic Kidney Disease are a conundrum: they have the highest levels of Total Mg, but also have the lowest levels of “Ionic” (available for transactions) Mg. The challenge is introducing Mg in a form that doesn’t further challenge the Kidneys due to the tissue breakdown. Apparently, Apple Cider Vinegar might be a bio-available form that introduces “Ionic” Mg, without stressing the Kidneys.
Fascinating… I plan to research this and will share more as I learn more.
Have a great day!
