ladychikititablue asked: lol, it's an old username I came up with back in 2002,it guarantees me that such username won't be "taken" when i try to sign up at new websites. Question! i eat dark chocolate [60% and above] nuts, seeds, kale, spinach, don't really do a lot of dairy or beer, I eat meat about twice a month but I'm noticing that when I drink coffee almost everyday [1-2 cups] it makes me not have as many migraines as I us [I get one once a week], same when I do Epsom salts. Is this a good solution in the long run
Lady…blue:
About 60-70% of migraines are caused by Mg deficiency. Check out Alexander Mauskop, MD in NYC. He has a Headache Clinic on the Upper East Side (means he’s really good… ;-) ) Dark cacao is a great source of Mg — 90%+ however. Below that & you’re getting too much sugar which consumes Mg! Also, coffee is a total Mg zapper due it’s Diuretic effect. I would suggest cutting back to 1 cup. Epsom Salt baths are great: 1 cup ES & 1 cup Baking Soda. And finally, given that you’re likely 4th generation minerally deficient, add some Mineral Drops (Anderson’s) & get a high impact oral Mg (Jigsaw or integrated Nutritionals) And finally, pls get a Mag RBC to assess just how deficient you are of this vital mineral. Let me know your results & I’ll be happy to interpret them for you. Con’t success in your journey…
Good luck!
