evilbluemako asked: Hi Morley, I have been using Mg oil for a month, but after hearing your podcast I decided to up the ante, and spread some on my lower back which i hadn't done before. Next morning, I woke up completely free of the lower back pain I've had for years - something multiple health pros have failed at fixing. So I'm convinced that transdermal Mg works well for muscles - but does it satisfy systemic depletion, or does it mainly affect the local tissue? Should I also supp with dietary Mg? Thanks!

Love that handle, btw… Transdermal is very effective at restoring systemic depletion. Please check out both C. Norman Shealy, MD & Marc Sircus, OMD. They have both written extensively about the power of transdermal repletion. Dr. Shealy has stated that this is as effective as an IV.
That said, we often have our clients replete with transdermal, oral, mineral drops in water, focus on Mg-rich foods, etc. The level of mineral depletion is far more extensive than most opeople realize.
Continued success with your efforts to renew yourself…
