Was thinking of getting a hair analysis done too, to get my Mg/Ca ratio. where can I get it done, I am a long way from your office. I also ordered some Mg oil. What is the preferred way to use, the instructions seem rather vague. Put some (how much) on the skin, leave for awhile (how long). Or foot soak, bath? Thanks for all your advice!

I generally have clients take Epsom Salt baths (1 Cup ES w/ 1 Cup Arm & Hammer) 3-5 nights/week. And footbaths daily w/ 1 oz of Mg Oil w/ hot water to cover your toes. 20-30 min for each type of baths. Many folks also will spray another oz of Mg Oil all over their body, but especially behind knees, crease of arms and under arms — three locations that are very absorbent.
