Thanks for your note… Please get it the way your great-grandparents did: Cod Liver Oil (fermented is best), deep sea fish, or range-free eggs. Wonderful sources of D3. And be sure to maintain your Mg levels — can’t flip storage (Calcidiol) to active (Calcitriol) without it!
And be sure to provide Mg IVs to your patients on the floors. They and their Mg-starved bodies will love you for it! Remember, methylation dysfunction (which is at the base of most, if not all, disease, if neutralized when the body has sufficient Mg to work with. Spread the word…
